incub holding was founded with a straightforward observation: too many promising young entrepreneurs spend the majority of their time on things that have nothing to do with their actual business. Tax returns. Legal structures. Invoicing. HR paperwork. Bank accounts. Insurance. The list goes on — and it’s endless.
We exist to take all of that off your plate. We provide early-stage capital, connect you with experienced mentors who have actually built businesses, and run your entire back-office from day one — finance, legal, administration, bookkeeping, all of it. So you can spend your time on product, customers, and growth.
We are based in Amsterdam and work with founders across the Netherlands and beyond. We are selective about who we work with — not because we’re exclusive, but because we invest seriously in the people we back, and that requires real focus and commitment on both sides.
what we look for
We work with founders who are early — sometimes before they’ve registered a company. We don’t need a polished deck. We need to understand the problem you’re solving, why you’re the right person to solve it, and how serious you are about building something real. Ambition and clarity matter more to us than experience.

We get involved early and stay involved. That means regular check-ins, hands-on support through the hard moments, and access to our network of advisors, specialists, and fellow founders. We’re not passive investors — we’re operational partners who happen to also handle your accounting.
